My first day of school!

Today helping in Kindergarten for the first time I learned many splendid and important things:

I learned that to some, crayons are a fine delicacy
I learned that if one puts a crayon down ones shirt and aims it outward it may resemble a boob.
I learned that it doesn't matter how many times you give directions there is always going to be a couple that march to their own beat.
I learned that purple purple had to burple....burp.
I learned that in Kindergarten you are a celebrity if your mom comes to help, versus high school where you would be cast out.
I learned that I would much rather be called Mrs. Tiffy, than Mrs. Blank.
I learned that some teachers are just plain awesome.
I learned that boys are born louder than girls.
I learned that a big chicken is clearly called a Mama chicken... not a hen.
I learned that the long shape is a rectangle not a square.
I learned that you never have enough time.
Most importantly I learned that Kasey will be just fine.

I'm glad you went and I'm sure Kasey was too! I LOVE my weekly visits to my kids' classrooms and the teachers appreciate it as well. :)
