I'm thankful for my body!  I feel so fortunate to have good health.  And although I can't do everything physically I would like, I am glad that I can do the things that I am capable of.  Today I ran 8.2 miles.  It's not as far as I need to be, but compared to a year and a half ago, it's very far.  Everytime I run, whether it be my own training or training with Kynzie in the morning, I feel stronger and more capable than the day before.  It also helps my mental health.
