One flew over the cookoos nest

I have officially fallen off the blogger cliff.... I don't know where I've been. Seriously. So to make a long story even longer here's all the exciting things (HAHAHA) you've been missing:
Last Monday my very tall and talented nephew Jason (little JJ as he' s so fondly called by Wyatt)came for a visit. Although we didn't do very much to entertain him, other then just be ourselves(scary) I'm hoping he had a good enough time, that he'll come to visit again soon, because we loved having him here.
Regular season of Baseball/Softball has officially ended... only to find out that both Ty and Kynzie made all-stars. I'm so happy for both of them. This was Kynzies first year in Softball, and she really loved it. That equals more practices and a few more games for them.
We made a quick trip down to SanManuel to visit the grandparent-in-laws on Friday. Trying to get down there as much as we can. We made it into Tucson for a little bit as well, I got a couple new dresses.... that was very exciting... I haven't gotten a new dress in a very very long time.
Yesterday, Fathers Day, Sunday, the 21st..... I got set apart as the Young Womens President in our Church, Ward. I am very excited about this.... but I was also very nervous that the girls would be disappointed that it was me. They really liked the old YW Pres. And I didn't know how they would respond. But after the meeting a couple of the girls came up and gave me a hug, and told me how excited they were that it was me and not some ol' stick in the mud. And in the hall a bunch of them said how happy they were that it was me. So I'm really excited to work with them now in this capacity. They are a great group.
Other than that, I've been trying to walk every day, I did pretty good last week. The only thing I don't like about it... is "my shadows the only one that walks beside me", I take my I-pod but I know I would walk a lot farther and maybe faster if I had someone with me. But it's been very good therapy to walk I feel less stressed when I get back, which in turn makes me a better person to deal with. I also watched the complete fourth season of Prison Break... so sad it's over, I actually sniffled a little... no tears... just a sniffle! Listened to Wyatt a various others jam out in our garage. Cooked several meals. Did the routine stuff, laundry, cleaned house, yelled, got the mail, grocery shopped, drove Ty to and from Football stuff, burnt cookies, ate to much, and slept.
So that's my week last week... full of woo-wee excitement. Lets see if I can keep it going this week!

Whoot on the calling! You will be awesome and really help those girls. I truly believe that you are going to be one of the BEST YW presidents they have ever had.

I'd walk beside you, if you lived closer, too. I love walking.
