Have you felt -15? Well have you? It's the middle the day. The sun is shining so you expect it to be warm and wonderful and instead you walk out side to literally choke on the cold air. Its blasted cold... crazy cold.... intolerably cold!
oh my gosh - i cannot believe it's so cold and it doesn't look like it's even going to get up to freezing in the next few days. It's -20 here and 24 in Nome - how crazy is that. JW is afraid he might not make it out tonight as there is a storm coming in. Meanwhile, I'm trying to feed the horses extra to keep them warm - they are each about 3" taller than normal due to ice buildup on their feet. I did go into church - roads really aren't bad at all - just hoping the wind doesn't pick up too much as it's going to really rearrange this white stuff. Hope the packing is going good. Stay warm.
Back when I used to train drivers, I had a trainee run us out of gas in Wyoming. In the middle of winter. When it was -4 outside. It didn't take long for the inside of the truck to become like a freezer. While waiting for the tow truck to bring us some diesel, I stayed in the bunk under my covers. She mainly stood outside so I couldn't yell at her..
Stay warm, cuz. Only a week til you get to head south and thaw out..
We are freezing down here and its not even close to that temperature. I guess you just stay inside kind of like what we do in the summer. I guess this helps moving a little bit easier. It will be cold where you are moving but nothing like that! Your kids might even consider wearing shorts.

Wednesday the cold is supposed to break. So, hopefully you'll have good roads for traveling next weekend.
I seriously can't even imagine! Our house got down to 71 last night so I made Danny turn the heater on. BWAH!! I'm such an AZ wimp.
